Alan Timothy Hammock

Alan Tim Hammock age 56 of Acworth passed away June 24, 2017.  Tim was born in Jonesboro, Ga and graduated from Jonesboro High School.  He served in the US Air Force, was a proud Georgia Tech Alumni and was the owner of Hammock’s Heating and Air Conditioning for over 20 years.  Tim loved Georgia Tech Football and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Debra Dee Hammock; step son, AJ Yalch, parents, Al and Sue Hammock; sister and brother in law, Ann and Wayne Medding; brother, Tony Hammock and partner, Dan Boling; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

A memorial service for Tim will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Medford-Peden Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Medford-Peden Funeral Home – Marietta is in charge of arrangements 770-427-8447
