Billie Lee Secreast

Billie Lee Secreast, 80, of Marietta passed away Friday, May 20, 2016.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 7 PM at Medford-Peden Funeral Home in Marietta.  Burial will take place Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 12 noon at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.  "The world was his oyster." He was a loving family man and activist for humankind.  He was a Korean War Navy Veteran (USS WASP) and was deist in faith.  Billie is preceded in death by his mother, Lena Marie Wakefield Secreast Haigler (Glenn Haigler) of Lenoir, NC and his brother, Jerry Secreast of Munising, MI.  He is survived by his former spouse, Alleen Secreast of Marietta, GA; daughter, Wendy Trippe (Rai) & their son Nathan Boatright of Marietta, GA, daughter, Lynn Webb (David) & their sons Corey & Justin of Woodstock, GA; son, Allen Secreast (Laura Lawler, fiance) & his daughters Page & Alexandria from Tallahassee, FL; sister, Barbara Lemieux (Bill) from Colfax, NC and numerous cousins and friends.
