Kathrine Stanford

Kathrine Stanford age 81 of Marietta passed away Tuesday January 30th, 2018. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed. She loved spending time with her family. She was a devout member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her son, James Stanford.

She is survived by her husband of 55 and a half years Lewis Stanford of Marietta; Daughters Mary Jane (Dean) Higman of Marietta and Charlotte (Doug) Strange of Moultrie, GA; Sisters-in-law Fay Stanford of Roswell and Virginia Stanford of Woodstock; Grandchildren Charles Higman, Kyle Peacock, Kasey Peacock, Corey Higman, Anna Strange, David Strange, and Ashley Strange; Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday February 1st, 2018 from 5-8pm. Funeral Service will be held Friday February 2nd, 2018 at 1pm in the Chapel of Medford-Peden Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Jones and Rev. Johnny Foster officiating. Interment to follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
