Peggy Joyce (Hilderbrand) Griggs-Posey

Peggy Joyce Griggs-Posey, 81, of Marietta passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Medford-Peden Funeral Home in Marietta.  Burial will take place at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton at 11:30 AM Monday, October 19, 2015.  Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Posey of Marietta, GA; step-daughters, Denise Parham of Columbus, GA & Cheryl Crow of Phenix City, AL; step-son, Michael Posey of Acworth, GA; one sister, Carol Ann Reagin of Marietta, GA; two brothers, Vernon Hilderbrand of Bentonia, MS & Jon Hilderbrand of Madison, MS; 3 step-grandchildren, three step-great grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews and one grand-nephew.  The family will receive friends Sunday, October 18, 2015 from 1:30 PM until the service time at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. The family request donations be made to 98th Bomb Grp/Wing Veterans Association Scholarship Fund c/o 1137 Joyce Lane, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 in lieu of flowers.
