Bonnie Bonham, 76 of Marietta, Georgia, died peacefully in her sleep on August 27, 2018 in her home. Born April 11, 1942, in Croswell, Michigan, she is predeceased by her parents, Howard and Marguerite McNiel of Port Huron, Michigan, her late husband, George Bonham and sister Penny Hammar of Port Huron, Michigan.
Bonnie was a business owner and entrepreneur having launched multiple successful companies. In retirement, Bonnie has served as secretary, program director, newsletter editor, president and board member of Atlanta Post-Polio Association, served on an Accessibility Advisory Committee for the City of Marietta, and served on the Board of Directors for the Kiwanis club of Marietta Golden K.
Survivors include her children, David Bonham and his wife Terra of Canton, Georgia, Heather Bonham of Woodstock, Georgia, Grandchildren (6) Kylee, Josie, Corey, Grady, Colby, Zoë, her sister Norma Willmott and husband Dan of Port Huron Michigan, and brother in law, Robert Hammar of Port Huron, Michigan.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 3155 Trickum Rd, Marietta, GA 30066 at 3pm.
