Benny McTaggart Obituary

McTaggart, Benny Randall, age 80, passed away at his residence in Cartersville, April 9th, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

Benny was born April 19th, 1939 to John, and Icie (Ledford) McTaggart in Blackwell, Georgia. Benny was a Machinist with Glovers Machine Shop taking pride in his trade. He was also a member of Awtrey Westwood Baptist Church.

Mr. Benny was married for 62 years to his loving wife, Hazel Gragg McTaggart.

Benny is preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers; Marshall, Jake, Donald, Cecil, Keron “Fuzzy”, Lee Roy, and Sister Liola.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Hazel, children; Douglas (Debra) McTaggart of Talking Rock, Tammy (Jimmy) Gragg of Adairsville, Keith (Dawn) McTaggart of Cartersville. Grandchildren; Tracey (Cliff) Clark of Talking Rock, Stephanie Dukes of Talking Rock, Dwight McTaggart of Talking Rock, Jacob Gragg, of Adairsville, Warren Gragg of Adairsville, Bryan McTaggart of Cartersville, and Amber McTaggart of Cartersville. Great Grand Children; Kylee, Karlee, Kooper Clark, Brionna, Makayla, Camron, Carson Mumphery, Alyvia McTaggart, and Zoey McTaggart , and Sister Ilean Sargent (Donald) of Blue Ridge.
