Carol Ann Stock

Carol Ann Stock passed away on August 14th, at the age of 78. Carol was born in Kingston, New York on November 29th,1944 to Roger and Vivian Stoutenburgh Howland. She was a graduate of Onteora Central High School in Boiceville, NewYork.

Carol is survived by her son, Carl Stock (Judy) of Bearsville, NY; sisters, Judith Koch (Carl) of Jamestown, NY, and Christine Gifford (John) of Woodstock, GA; nephews, William Koch, and Andrew and Nicholas Gifford; nieces, Caitlin Gifford Heath (Brian) of Cottageville, WV, and Marika Koch, and her close cousin, Wendy DeGraff of Venice, FL.

Her parents, Roger and Vivian Howland, her brothers, Richard and Mark Howland, ex-husband, Paul Stock and long time companion, Frank Ambrosano predeceased her.

Carol lived and worked most of her life in the Woodstock, New York area, then moved to Crystal River, Florida around 2004. In 2017 she relocated to Woodstock, Georgia.

To honor Carol's wishes, there will be no memorial service. She loved animals, especially her black labrador, Sam, and cat, Crazy Cat, so in lieu of flowers or cards, those who wish to, please donate to your local animal shelter.
