Cindy Sargent

Cindy Adele Sargent of Rockmart, GA went to her heavenly home on February 22, 2023 at the age of 60.

Cindy was born on August 27, 1962 in Rochester, NY. She later moved to Georgia where she grew up and graduated from North Cobb School where she met the love of her life. Life continued on and she got married and had two beautiful children. She worked most of her life at Marietta Drapery and last settled at Hershel Jones Middle School as a cafeteria lady. She loved spending time with her family on camping trips, lake days, bowling and vacations. She loved her family more than life itself. 

Cindy is survived by her loving husband Terry Sargent of 40 years; Children Julie (Mitchell) Williamson and Son Justin Sargent (Bethe); Grandchildren Jeremy Williamson, Colt King, Brad Sargent and Chevy Sargent. Many other relatives as well.

The Family will receive family and friends for a viewing on Saturday February 25, 2023 at Medford-Peden funeral home located in Marietta, GA from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.  A second visitation will be held Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 11:00am - 2pm with a funeral beginning at 2:00pm at Medford-Peden funeral home in Marietta, GA.  Interment will follow at Noon Day Baptist Church Cemetery.
