Ellen Overstreet

Ellen S. Overstreet, of Marietta, GA, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday September 24, 2022 at the age of 80.

Ellen was born in 1942 in Cincinnati, OH to her parents Raymond Davis Stultz and Kathleen Ghysels Stultz. She was the youngest of 3 children.

Ellen was preceded in death, by Husband Clarence Ronald Overstreet May 15, 1937 – March 16, 1995, her parents and 2 brothers Raymond Davis Stultz, May 3, 1931 – April 30, 2010, and Richard Newland Stultz Oct 18, 1934 – May 10, 2011.

Ellen was a devoted mother and homemaker for most of her life and then worked at Publix for 5 Years before she retired. She attend the Mount Paran Church of God.

She is survived by her son, Clarence Ronald Overstreet Jr., his wife, daughter in law Catherine Olivia Overstreet, and daughters, Kathleen Carper Overstreet, and Florence Ann Overstreet.

There family will welcome anyone who wishes to attend her graveside service. Ellen will be laid to rest at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery on Wednesday September 28, 2022, at 10:00 am.

The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in the name of Ellen S. Overstreet. Prayers and condolences are gladly accepted too.
