Ms. Taylor of 1525 Meadowview Drive, Marietta, Georgia went to be at rest with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 28th, 2019. She became a born again Christian on October 6th, 1991 at Whitworth Memorial Baptist Church. She was born in Rose Hill, Virginia on December 15th, 1931. She lived in Marietta 54 years; retiring from K-mart after 25 years; and she loved working and playing Rook.

A wonderful and beloved mother of 5 children, 1 son; Junior and Lora Taylor, 4 Daughters; Wilma and Vernon Hall, Helen and Danny Cottrell, Wanda and Bob Pouchosic, and Tish and Des Turner. 6 Grandchildren: Vickie Weaver, Michael Cottrell, Jennifer Murphy, Melissa Fields, William H. Taylor III, Drina Powers, and Barbie and Ken Pouchosic. 13 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. A very special cousin Avery Wilson, and lots of cousins, nieces, and nephews, friends and family. Pallbearers; William Taylor, Michael Cottrell, Daniel Cottrell, Eli Weaver, Gregg Weaver, and Tony Fields  So very much Loved!

Ms. Freeda is preceded in death by her Mother & Father, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Hampton, Sisters Belvia Dean, Maureen Wolfe, and 1 grandchild named Little Ben.

The Family will hold visitation on Wednesday July 31st, 2019 from 5:00 – 8:00PM at Medford – Peden Funeral Home. A Funeral Service is scheduled for Thursday August 1st, 2019 in the Chapel at 1:00 with a Graveside following at Rolling Hills Memorial Gardens.
