Genevieve Phillips Obituary

Genevieve Phillips, age 90, of Marietta passed away on February 25th, 2018. She and her husband Arnold were founding members of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She was a devout Christian, an amazing grandmother, and the sweetest soul you have ever met. She is survived by her granddaughter Angie (Joey) Pannell of Ranger, GA and grandson Craig Phillips of Valdosta, GA; great-grandchildren Kendra and Chip Moore of Carrollton, GA and Clay Pannell of Ranger, GA; great-great-grandchildren Charleigh Jo and Keaton Moore of Carrollton; niece, Janet Martin of Acworth, GA; and nephews David Martin of Kennesaw, GA , Douglas Martin of LaFayette, AL, and Scott Martin of Hiram, GA. A funeral service will be held at Mountainview Park Cemetery on Wednesday, February 28th at 2pm. Medford-Peden Funeral Home, Marietta, GA, is in charge of arrangements. (770) 427-8447
