Marolyn S. Adams

Marolyn Sue Adams, age 80, died of complications to Alzheimer’s on August 12, 2019.  She is survived by her son Michael (Scott), daughter-in-law Cindy, daughter Kim, 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Sue was born in Newark, OH on November 14, 1938 to Ralph Need and Mae Swinehart.  A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she gave back to her community and church.  She was a seamstress who used her talents with a sewing machine and needle to provide comfort to others and to adorn not only her home, but her church.

Sue will be interred at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA alongside her beloved Jim.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Marietta GA.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 – 1:50PM.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of American or the American Heart Association.
