Mary Geneva (Poole) Peardon

Mrs. Mary Geneva (Mimi) Peardon peacefully passed away at home on Monday March 9, 2020 in Marietta GA at the age of 87. 
She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Richard Peardon; sister Mable Mashburn of Ball Ground and brother Jerry Poole (Sally) of Calhoun; and many nieces and nephews. 
She was born on September 4, 1932 in Cherokee Co GA to Sherman and Mary Eloise (nee Payne) Poole. 
She married her sweetheart in 1946. In the 1960s the Peardon's settled in Marietta, Georgia. After many years as homemaker, she helped her him run Peardon Construction until they retired. 
She enjoyed being a loving and doting aunt and devoted her life to rescuing and  caring for many cats over the years.
