Obituary
Rose Maisano Popovich, 94, of Marietta, GA entered into eternal rest on April 19, 2023. She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Frank Popovich. She is survived by her children, Marykay (Neal) and husband Ed; Claire (Ferrighetto); Lisa (Regan); Mark Popovich and wife Karen; Paul Popovich and wife Traci; Jane (Dunaway) and husband Ed; Lynn (Shaak); 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Rose enjoyed cooking and baking and always had a freezer (or two) of food on hand to create a wonderful meal. She could make dinner out of anything from her refrigerator and enjoyed baking for friends and family. She loved going out to lunch with friends, traveling, knitting and crocheting, reading, and growing vegetables in her community garden.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM at The Catholic Church of Saint Ann in Marietta, GA. A reception will follow in the church hall. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Catholic Church of St. Ann, 4905 Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30062.
