Shirley Diann (Cox) Barnes

Barnes, Shirley Diann, 82, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away June 16th, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Shirley was born in Marietta, Georgia, to the late Mr. Melvin Cox & Mrs. Ruby Bramlett Cox.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Barnes.

Mrs. Shirley was in the real estate business, successfully managing many properties. Her greatest accomplishment was her Family, she took great pride and joy in her children.

Shirley is survived by her Children; Judy Chastain, Vicky (Joe) Branam, and Marlon (Melody) Barnes, a Sister; Bonnie Lavonne, and numerous Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren that she loved dearly.

The Family will receive Friends and Family on Saturday, June 20th, 2020 at 10:00am at Medford – Peden Funeral Home followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 11:00am
