Steven McBride Obituary

Steven Michael McBride Sr., 64, a resident of Marietta, GA, passed away on March 12, 2024. Born in Waynesville, NC, on April 22, 1959, Steve was the beloved son of William and Donna McBride, who preceded him in death.

Steve graduated from Wheeler High School in 1978. He found joy in boating, camping, and cherished moments with his family. An avid supporter of the Atlanta Braves and NASCAR, Steve's passions enriched his life and connected him with others.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 35 years, Kim McBride, and their three children: Michelle Huebner (Ray), Michael McBride (Kaley), and Katelyn Held (Zachary). Steve's legacy also lives on through his grandchildren, Emma, Kason, and Kora. He leaves behind siblings Billy McBride (Tammy), Elaina Pracht, and David McBride (Cherie), as well as several nieces and nephews.

In honoring Steve's wishes, the family has chosen not to hold a memorial service at this time but plans to arrange a celebration of life for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers or donations, the family kindly asks for prayers during this difficult time.
