Diane (Bohanon) Edmondson

Carolyn Diane Edmondson, born June 19, 1944, of Marietta, Georgia died Thursday October 29, 2015. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11 AM at Medford-Peden Funeral Home with burial to follow at Georgia Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband, James Edward Edmondson, her sons Gary Edward Edmondson and Timothy Claude Edmondson, her daughter Stephanie Lynn Belcher, her seven grandchildren Kasey Edmondson, Kyle Edmondson, Brooke Edmondson, Alli Edmondson, Austin Edmondson, Kayla Belcher, Jacob Belcher, her sisters Janice Brown, Sandra Welch, and her brother Jimmy Bohanon. Carolyn was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia.  She was known and loved by so many from Georgia to Pennsylvania to Ohio and Florida.  She was a very dedicated and loving wife, mother, sister, friend and grandmother.  She will always be remembered for her sassy charm, her Godly beliefs and faith, and the way that she touched everyone that she came in contact with.  She was a caretaker of many friends, families and neighbors.  Their needs always came before hers.  She always made sure everyone was taken care of.  Now in her heavenly home, she is gone but never forgotten.  She will live forever in our hearts and in all of the memories surrounding us. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 1 PM to 3 PM at the funeral home.
