Jean Owen was a very special person. One of my favorite Bible Verses states: I can do all things through [Christ] who strengthens me.. Jean lived her life through Christ doing for others. Her deeds showed her strength and faith in God. At the end, she still was strong and urged her family to remain strong. She loved her family very much and set an example for them daily.

I am so sorry to hear of this loss but to also know that Jean is basking in the glory of our savior. Jean impacted the lives of so many, including myself. Never did she want the recognition for being so impactful and yes, she measured her success through the lives of her students! She lived for others and the example everyone should strive to be--such an amazing, inspirational woman of Christ. You knew from all that she did that she walked with Christ. I can not wait to see her again one day and know that she continues her work in heaven. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of Jean's life. I have kept all of the cards and inspirational items Jean has ever given me because they are so meaningful. Until we meet again one day, god bless your family.
