Brian Thomas Evaristo

Brian Thomas Evaristo, 43, of Woodstock passed away Monday, May 16, 2016.  A funeral mass will be held at 2 PM on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Transfiguration Catholic Church in Marietta. Please arrive at 1:15 PM. A reception will be held from 5-7:00 PM at Elevation Chop House at the Cobb County Regional Airport , 1723 McCollum Pkwy.,Bldg. 600, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Brian worked many years at The Home Depot Corporate Office as a paralegal.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.  Brian had a love for airplanes & flying, as well as building most anything, but his true love and passion was his family.  His two precious little boys were his pride and joy. He was known for his generosity and would do anything for anyone.  Brian is survived by his loving wife, Kristi McAfee Evaristo; 2 sons, Gabriel Andrew Evaristo & Cooper James Evaristo; parents, Alfred & Jeanette Evaristo; brother & sister-in-law, Michael & Kim Evaristo; mother-in-law, Pam Lewallen; father-in-law, Gary McAfee; sisters-in-law and brother in-law, Lisa & Thomas Sanders, Jason McAfee, & Jennifer Lassbeck; nieces & nephews, Thomas & CJ Evaristo, Emma & Colin Sanders, Gracen & Ava McAfee, and Luca & Rider Lassbeck; numerous aunts and uncles.  The family will receive friends Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Medford-Peden Funeral Home in Marietta.
